We come back to this beautiful day of the last Sunday of August in Geispolsheim, this was the 54th edition of the Sauerkraut Festival. Tradition, renewal and weather were there !




Flavor side, new offerings have delighted the palates including a trilogy of cabbage salads and cheeses, all local. At noon, there was excitement for garnished sauerkraut : the Malraux space was full, waiters on the job. Le soir, again at 6 p.m.. With their own containers, of families opted for sauerkraut eaten at home. The bars are full : it must be said that the day was hot, visitors and locals flocked.








The day ended successfully, everyone went home, wide smile on face. Meet in 2023, under the leadership of Festi'Geis, the organizer with values rooted in the region !
