Accueil chaleureux, friendly atmosphere, two wonderful days under the blazing sun.

l’A.S.C.T. and the Riders of Dreams of Triembach organized their 10th horse festival at the football stadium.
Many shows were hosted by the Cavaliers du Rêve, the decorations were superb and we were able to witness different paintings which retraced life in Alsace from the Celts to the present day; with the presence of 35 chevaux et une centaine de figurants, dont les associations des Lames des Lacs, les Médiomatrici et les Enthousiastes Bugatti.

Saturday night 7 July, magnificent show …

At nightfall, our stand is well bundled up …

Dimanche 8 July, under a radiant sky

Our three men, wow what pride ! et.. here is the supervisor. Be careful if you go behind the stand !

The different shows of the day..

Despite all these battles, the Romans brought positive things to Alsace, namely excellent techniques and structures which will later be its strength. The main one is probably the affirmation of the cultivation of the vine, already practiced by the Celts, which will make Alsace rich in the Middle Ages, and will become one of the current symbols.

The Romans therefore knew how to take advantage of the resources and topography of Alsace, and build impressive structures : thermal baths, routes, places of worship, barracksSome of these old buildings remain visible, or have been brought to light by excavations, and constitute an important part of the local heritage. Let's not forget that Strasbourg is an example of this, founded by the Romans under the name of Argentorate !

Our valiant knight and excellent horseman : Felipe
