We had the opportunity to sample a pumpkin soup with chestnuts and served from a pot heated over a wood fire, a slice of the woodcutter (Holzhawerflàde) prepared before us with country bread; or to toast a slice of bacon on a glowing candle, taste the homemade Dabiflette or another mountain specialty !
